We also aid clients in getting through multiple bureaucratic processes pivitol to construction. Some of these services cover obtaining permits, conducting and reviewing site studies, obtaining letters or certificates, helping with the presentations to the City and more.

We have an extensive expertise in space planning for both residential and commercial spaces, re-purposing space solutions, renovation concepts and drawings, solutions to make homes and residences safer for seniors.Our firm also deals with Sustainable designs and Energy efficient solutions for any scale of building.

Some of recent projects have ranged from Tiny Homes, Infills, Block homes to Custom Luxury Homes. We have also ventured into designing Health care Clinics, Dental offices, Physio clinics, Commercial office spaces, Cannabis store, Education franchise, Airport renovation, Seniors Care facilities and a lot more.
